Imagine waking up to views of the Black Bull golf green - and hey, you can even practice your putting skills in your very own backyard!

This new home is all about comfort and style. It's decked out with comfortable furnishings and a super relaxed vibe that'll make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.

Comfort? We've got you covered with ducted heating and cooling, and when those cooler evenings roll in, cozy up by the gorgeous gas log fire that creates the most amazing ambience.

Tech lovers, rejoice! Smart TVs in the living areas, a coffee machine, and all the modern appliances you could want are ready and waiting.

Let's talk bedrooms:
• Master Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite featuring shower and toilet
• Bedroom 2: Comfy Queen bed with fan and robes
• Bedroom 3: Another King bed with fan and robes
• Bedroom 4: Two King single beds with fan and robes

Parking? No stress! You've got a double garage plus additional car space at the front of the house.

All Bed and Bath Linen are provided at this property. Just remember to bring your own pool/lake towels.

- We do not provide firewood or kindling for firepits or wood heaters. Guests are welcome to purchase firewood from local service stations or Bunnings Yarrawonga.

- Strictly NO pets permitted.

Loss OF Keys: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
