Check-in was extremely frustrating. The reservation was made under Curtis Swinimer with my credit card, with payment to be made at the property. However, when my wife, Denise Swinimer, arrived to check in, the clerk insisted the room had already been charged. After twenty minutes of back-and-forth, the clerk finally sorted it out, but she was not particularly friendly throughout the process. I ultimately had to send a screenshot of the reservation showing that we had selected the ‘pay at property’ option.
