Very disappointing
The place was tiny and I am glad that, due to the situation, there were not 6 of us as planned. Neither the Wifi nor the TV worked - no signal. The bathrooms (there were 2 which was unnecessary - should have just had a separate shower and toilet with more space) were so tiny you couldn't put your hands on your hips in the shower and anyone bigger than a size 14 would struggle to sit on the loo. Apart from the main double, the beds were excruciatingly uncomfortable (one was basically a camp bed). The kitchen was like a cupboard and the crockery etc just a mismatched bunch of oddments - no wooden spoon even. The cooker writing had worn off so it was anybodies guess which ring was coming on or how hot. However the worst thing was that one of the upstairs bedrooms ( I was across the landing) was separated from the next door cottage by a flimsy one plank thick door - some men arrived to stay there on our 2nd night second night and proceeded to rattle the door at 12.30 whilst I was asleep, they did it again about 10 mins later - this resulted in a night of bad dreams to add to the discomfort of the bed.
