Stayed a night over the weekend, the hotel is very close to Ding Guan historical street where you may find many local delicacies. The room has been designed to expose the bathroom to the entire room, with no tinted class doors or soundproofed seals, it can be awkward or embarrassing if you have friends visiting. Noise from the passerby in the corridors can be heard clearly, and you may hear your neighbors operates the doors or electronic lock, and of course the noise from the traffic is also not being concealed.

Located at lake side. Beautyful place with convenient location. Good choice of breakfast. Good internet speed. The washroom and shower room should have optional curtain (now only parted from the room with transperent glass).

The location is good, just a short walk to the old walking street, one of the major attractions in Yangzhou. We stayed there during a long weekend Chinese holiday and managed to get good deal due to early bookings. Overall no complaint. We paid what we got.

The city is so beautiful and the venue is so nice as Ramadan is world wide chain the services are as they offer everywhere. I have attended the conference so the food was there and i found it so delicious

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights last week (12-16th March). It was a business tour and my first visit to China.. The property is pretty good. Room, lobby, restaurant everything is super clean. Stayed in the standard room. Room is quite spacious and has all the necessary amenities. Sleep quality is excellent. Service is a bit slow. The main problem we faced is almost no one in the hotel understands English (Apart from reception staff). This is a big let down considering many international travelers come to stay there. Restaurant is OK. Breakfast buffet is good and has lot of options. Dinner buffet should have more continental dishes. Overall good experience.

I've been here in this hotel at least 6 time. My company always book this hotel for me and for my colleagues. I think we are good customers. In my opinioni this is not a Five stars hotel. The rooms are very big and confortable, but you Can find some rooms with a shower very little, and the receptionist will tell you that all the showers have the same size. Big lie. You Can not control the temperature in the room. In july outside was very hot, but 19°C inside the room is too low. WiFi for foreign people is very poor. Most of the website are slow or blocked and a lot of chinese website will be opened by your browser even you don't want. Also in this case the receptionist will tell you that is normal. Swimming pool and Sauna are very dirty. No rules there. People go inside Sauna to dry their swimsuit or to clean themselves with soap, and i saw one man shaving himself inside the Sauna. Horrible.

Stayed for the one night so not much chance to comment on all the hotels services and facilities.The hotel is in a good location for the city, the rooms are large and nicely set out and most importantly the bed is comfortable.For this city this is probably the best option.

Stayed there in March 2015 as guest speaker of a sales conference. Overall impression quite positive, and it was a good efficient business hotel at reasonable price. Location was rather central quite close to the ancient canal. Room was clean with adequate amenities. Breakfast was good but not exceptional. No complaint whatsoever.

This was a not bad hotel to live in. The rooms were contemporary, but had some cleanliness issues, like the floor had quite some stains. The breakfast buffet was big, but the styling there felt dated. The location was perfect, since we could go to the marathon starting destination very easily. Overall, this was a little more than average hotels.

We booked 2 books for 5 days. Both rooms were too hot for us to sleep, the other person in the other room could not sleep neither, as we are used to sleeping in cooler temperature. I woke up in the middle of night sweating and could not go back to sleep as the room was too hot. Both of us follow instructions to lower the setting of the room temperature. No matter what temperature either one of us set, it automatically reverted to the temperature the hotel deem comfortable for people 22.5 C or 72.5 F. We asked housekeeping, they verified that the way we tried to set to a lower temperature was correct. We then talked to the Housekeeping head but still the room temperature was pre-set. The person whom we were visitng who made the reservations for us accompanied us to our rooms and she complained to the Hotel manager who suggested a fan and we took her suggestion. A fan was delivered to each of our rooms which helped for the remaining 2 nights. The low rating was due to our difficulty with room temperature, wake up sweating and can't sleep at night for several nights. If you like warm temperature to sleep you may give a much higher rating. Also one night we found a notice in each of our room that the hotel was doing water maintenance and there would be no water between 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.. We asked why turn off water at the busiest time when people need water for shower and bathroom. They then explained that there would be water but "not as much". Sure enough there was water for bathroom. One morning, I asked housekeeping, out the hall with her cart, for two coffee packets (very tiny as the size of sugar packet). She gave me one, when I asked for another one, she glared at me. Noticing her being unhappy and reluctant, I told her if I didn't use them, I would not take them home but leave them in the room. I explained that we use whole beans and grind them fresh and don't use instant coffee at home; then she gave me the second packet. Business Office had a sign of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., when we went at 8:30 p.m., it was locked. The front desk said the hours have changed, but was kind enough to offer to deliver a PC to our room with the same charge as that of the Business Office. The printer in the business office was out of order for 2 days. The front desk was very nice and offered to print the document for us. It took them 30 minutes to print a few pages from a file on our USB drive. It seems like the staffs try to meet your needs. Breakfast buffet was quite good, wide selection, even though most items were the same daily, they rotated with some new items each day. You won't go hungry but will go away fully satisfied. Staff greets all guests nicely. The free Wi-Fi worked well. We didn't use the gym or pool which they have.
