One night stay near Lake Kandawgyi

It is a great hotel. Especially the Staffs. Very hospitable and professional. As I always mention, Visitors can easily see Location, Class, cost and amenities on ads but they will never know the quality of Staff without reading customers reviews and feedback. I would recommend this one. Cheers.

Hotel for bus tours. Very noisy. Breakfast area is a war zone if you meet those tour groups. You will feel like in the local market. Rate is cheap. So you get what you pay for. Not allowed early checkin or late checkout. Don’t recommend.

ไปถึงเข้าเช็คอินตอน 2 ทุ่ม พนักงานเอาน้ำส้มผ้าเย็นมาให้แล้วยังนำอาหารว่างมาบริการฟรีถึงห้อง ทำให้รู้สึกถึงการบริการอันอบอุ่น พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ให้การช่วยเหลือดีมาก สภาพห้องสะอาดใหม่ ที่นอนนอนสบาย หมอนก็หนุนสบาย สะอาดมากที่ตั้งค่อนข้างเงียบ ไม่พลุกพล่านเดินแค่50 เมตรก็ถึงสวนสาธารณะ แต่ขอตินิดเดียวคือในโถชักโครกมีก้อนเส้นผมอยู่ไม่ทราบของใคร ทำไมถึงมีก็เพราะเพิ่งทำความสะอาดตอนกลางวันยังไม่มีคนใช้ห้องน้ำ

Wonderful hotel with great staff! Excellent VFM!

Great small hotel, spacious clean room with great A/C, good wifi, complimentary water and toiletries and nice en-suite with hot water. Staff was extremely nice, always willing to assist, even got a personal welcome note (hand-written!) on the bed upon arrival.Such a nice touch! Not much to do around the hotel, though it seems like a safe area, but it's very easy to get to downtown. Used Grab Taxi App (the local Uber) to get around the city and from the airport (much cheaper and more reliable than local taxi).Overall a great stay, excellent VFM!

fantastic value

This is a fantastic place - basically brand new. The staff is professional and extremely helpful and nice. The location next to the lake is also great - you can get there in five minutes. It is nice to watch the sunset and go for a walk. I recommend the Rose Hill Hotel highly.
