C’EST UNE ARNAQUE !!! Je n’ai jamais pu retrouver cet hôtel YAMOUSSOUKRO N’ZASSA, que j’ai fouillé pendant 2 jours sans succès avec l’aide des autorités ivoiriennes. Je me suis rapproché du Ministère du Tourisme, Police, Armée, Taximen , riverains, populations et autres hôteliers, mais ils n’ont pas pu retrouver cet hôtel. L’adresse GPS qu’ils ont renseigné sur votre site ne renvoie vers aucun logement, mais plutôt sur le début de la clôture de la garde présidentielle !!! Cet hôtel n’existe nulle part à YAMOUSSOUKRO. J’ai bien été prélevé sur ma carte bancaire, mais je n’ai pas retrouvé l’hôtel. Les autorités ivoiriennes pensent qu’il s’agit d’une ARNAQUE, avec de FAUX TÉMOIGNAGES DE SATISFACTION concoctés par ces mêmes escrocs avec des faux clients qui ont fait semblant de réserver chez vous, alors que TOUT EST FAUX. Je n’ai cessé d’écrire à vous HOTELS.COM et au supposé hébergeant pour expliquer mon désarroi sans logement dans cette ville, alors que j’ai payé, mais aucune réponse !!! Finalement j’ai été obligé de prendre un autre logement sous les conseils du ministère du tourisme ivoirien et je suis par la suite retourné à ABIDJAN. JE DEMANDE DONC LE REMBOURSEMENT DES 06 NUITS PAYÉS POUR CET HÔTEL qui n’existe pas, car c’est sur votre site que j’ai réservé !!!
