The Neighborhood:
The Link Yamba is located in the centre of what the locals refer to as 'The Hill' - Yamba's coveted holiday hot spot. It's walking distance to all five beaches and to town. Link St is a quiet street with plenty of free and unlimited additional on street parking.

Getting Around:
Once you park your vehicle there will be little need to take it out again. The Link Yamba is approximately a 450m walk to Main Beach and 700m to the Pacific Hotel. It's a 650m walk to the centre of Town.

Other Things to Note:
This property is an older style with humble finishes but it's impeccably clean.
Some phone service providers have poor mobile coverage in this apartment but the Wifi is fast and unlimited.
Strictly no smoking, vaping, parties, loud music, pets or school leavers.
