Step inside and discover a light-filled haven where modern design meets relaxed coastal charm. The master bedroom is a quiet sanctuary with a queen bed, generous en-suite, and expansive windows that frame tranquil canal views perfect for morning coffee or sunset musings. The second queen bedroom opens onto a private patio, while the third offers twin beds, ideal for children or friends.

The heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, where large windows draw the outside in and the gentle ripple of water sets the tone for laid-back gatherings. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing fresh local seafood, though guests should bring their own pantry staples.

Outside, a generous patio and grassy lawn spill down to the water s edge, where a shared jetty and small beach await. Launch your boat nearby at the Witonga Boat Launch and return to your own mooring an idyllic base for exploring Yamba s waterways.

The Anchorage sleeps up to six guests and includes a double lock-up garage, Wi-Fi, and all linen.

We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
