自分でタッチパネルでチェックインするのだが なぜか機械の反応が悪く、入力に時間がかかる。名前を入力したら宿泊予約されてないとなり、フロントの人がパソコンで操作し、再度タッチパネルで操作してくださいと言われる。フロントのパソコンでチェックインの操作ができるのに自分でタッチパネルで操作しなきゃいけないのか？と思いながらなんとかできたが。めんどい。 その他はお風呂も、部屋もよかった。
