With distant views of the mountains and coastline, Villa Femes is a delightful 3 bedroom villa with an open plan contemporary design. The attractive, private pool surrounded by loungers provide ample space to relax, whilst the covered outdoor dining area, makes it the perfect spot to dine alfresco. You're also only 5 minutes' drive from Playa Blanca Beach and the glamorous Rubicon Marina. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.  

Villa Femes is located around 10 minutes’ walk to the Las Coloradas rugged natural beach and just 5 minutes’ drive from the beaches and marina of Playa Blanca with all that this lively resort has to offer. The chic cocktail bars, elegant boutiques and stylish restaurants of the Rubicon Marina are a must visit and the beaches of Playa Dorada and Playa Blanca are only 5 minutes' drive away. Here, you will find a plethora of seafront bars, cafes and traditional restaurants for you to choose from.
