Situated in a quiet neighborhood of Montaña Roja on the outskirts of Playa Blanca, this elegant, upscale vacation home has a beautiful pool and an extensive garden. Stretching across 2 floors, the villa with marble floors and the classic, white exterior of Lanzarote, consists of a living room, a dining room with large windows and access to the terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds, 1 with a double bed and 1 with a king size bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television and a washing machine. The outdoor area of the villa is a true holiday oasis and offers a beautifully-landscaped garden as well as a large pool, heated for no extra charge, which provides for refreshment and fun. The generous terrace - with both roofed and uncovered areas - invites you to sunbathe in the loungers by the pool or to prepare fresh meals on the barbecue and share them at the table. Upstairs, on the large balcony, finish off your evenings with a glass of wine and admire the beautiful sunsets of Lanzarote as you gaze towards the ocean or the volcano of Montaña Roja. The local beach of Montaña Roja is 750 m or a 9-minute walk away. A wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are located in the centre of Playa Blanca, which is about 5 km or an 8-minute drive away. Here you will also find beautiful, sandy beaches like Playa Flamingo and Playa de Playa Blanca, where you can rest on the fine, golden sand and listen to the calming ocean waves.

We have an amazing stay at Aguamarina 4. The villa had a wonderful vibe to it and it was so clean. Our family felt very relaxed there. My son and i found a lovely coffee shop which we walked down to every morning. We are considering returning to the villa at some point in the future. Thank you so much to Eva and Rosanne for allowing us to stay in their villa.

Perfect villa and would definitely recommend. The villa is spacious and has everything you need. The grounds were lovely and the garden with the pool was perfect. Lovely family days were had. Location is great with shops and restaurants short walk away , with a local bus that is cheap and takes you to most places. Taxis are easy to call and easy to arrange whilst being cheap. Booked excursions through an online company with pick ups from a hotel within walking distance from the villa . This was handy and kept taxi fares low. Eva & Rosanne were extremely helpful and explained everything during check in. Any help required they were easy to reach and respond very quickly. Cannot fault our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Das Haus ist ok., die Lage sehr gut, mit Auto schnell erreichbar.

Pros: Das Haus mit beheizbarem Pool (die Abdeckung muss erneut werden), Parkplatz am Haus, schnelle Entladung von Auto, für 4 Personen genug Platz zur Verfügung. Cons: Wegen zur niedrigen Mauer, starke Geräusche von der Strasse (bei offener Fenster) im Schlafzimmer.
