Located at the base of the impressive Montana Roja, an extinct(!) volcano - the villa is within walking distance of the gorgeous Playa Flamingo beach and coastline promenade leading in to Playa Blanca town centre, complete with stunning views over the Atlantic towards Fuerteventura.

Outdoors:
An electrically heated pool (8.4m x 3.8m) with large terrace, well-planted gardens, al fresco dining and BBQ area is contained within heightened walls for your total privacy and relaxation. Bedrooms 1&3, Lounge and Kitchen doors all lead to the pool area, making it the central point of the villa and (plus making it easy to keep an eye on the kids, should you need to). Capturing the sun all day, the area is complete with sun loungers for 6 people and a shaded outdoor area by the poolside. Colourful night lighting adds the final touch to your day, should you want to take a late-night dip or stay home to eat, drink and relax.

Lounge & Living:
Offers high speed WiFi, 55" Philips Smart-TV with Ambilight™ (Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime etc) with full satellite package including Sky Sports, Freeview, International channels and more. There is also a printer for any last minute boarding passes etc should you prefer paper versions. There is a small library of books from us and our previous guests - feel free to swap one! You'll also find a portable Bluetooth speaker, so you can be in charge of the poolside / dinnertime soundtrack.

Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen is very well equipped, offering an Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Tassimo Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Blender, Juicer and of course all the expected Utensils and Crockery. Dine inside or out on each of the 6-seater wooden tables.

Bedrooms:
1: King size bed, en-suite double bathroom.
2: King size bed, en-suite bathroom.
3: Twin single beds, adjacent bathroom.
Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable beds and linens, generous storage space (wardrobes, drawers) and electronic fans for those who prefer to sleep cool.

Comfort & Security:
The villa is well maintained, clean and secure. Should anything additional be required during your stay, our on-call property managers, Graham and Gail will do their best to ensure everything is just right for you. The villa is within a private, key-coded, gated community with CCTV, contains electronic safes and is protected by a Securitas alarm and intercom system.

Perfect for holidays for between 2 and 6 people where you can relax and have fun by your own private pool in the sunshine all day, or exploring the various and unique attractions of this volcanic island before heading into Playa Blanca in the evenings to enjoy fine dining and drinking along the shoreline and marina. Ideal for families with babies, children or teenagers, as well as for groups of friends looking for sunshine all year round.

For nearby attractions, there are 2 waterparks within 15 mins walking distance, as well as Montana Roja itself, which makes for a great hike which takes around 1.5h and has stunning views over Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and the Atlantic Ocean. For cardio enthusiasts, a lap or 2 jogging around the crater makes for a unique workout! Activities like Mini Golf, Jet Ski Rental, Parasailing, Banana Boating, Beach Bars, Karaoke and Night Spots etc are all within short taxi ride, at Playa Dorada beach.

Taxis can be called directly to the villa (usually arriving within 2 minutes!), or the taxi rank is located 5 mins away. Taxis are cheap and highly available (around €4-5 gets you in to the centre). For those who prefer to walk. The selection of bars and restaurants along the promenade under tropical palm trees makes it idyllic, day or night.

- During the busy summer months we primarily let the villa on a Thursday to Thursday basis to align with the majority of flights.
