Large privately owned villa, close to beaches

Beautiful detached villa in its own grounds, facing south and the sea. The property has 4 bedrooms, the Master Bedroom has an Emperor Double Bed, 7 foot square and en-suite bathroom, the other 3 bedrooms have twin beds, 2 with en suites and 1 further shower room. The well fitted kitchen is part of a large open plan living area with smart TV with international channels and access to Netflix, prime, Disney+ etc. There is a large secluded terrace with shaded eating area. The plunge pool is a perfect way to cool off on a hot lanzarotian day! Lounge around and relax on the comfy sun beds in the peace and quiet of las margaritas. Our regular guests range from couples who enjoy the space and tranquility, to extended families with children who thoroughly enjoy having a private pool and lots of space to play. Although the villa sleeps 8 people the price is based on 4 guests and then there is an additional cost per extra guest there after. Playa Blanca has so much to offer. A diverse range of restaurants with great views of the sea. Beaches are abundant along the coastline all with clean golden sand. The sea is turquoise and clear. Snorkelling and diving is a popular activity with so much to see. The daily ferry that goes between playa Blanca and fuertaventura not only gives a good opportunity for a day trip but also creates great waves at the village beach for all to play in and enjoy - a kids heaven! The coastline has a walkway for miles so great for a run or walk. If you fancy more of a challenge, there is a mountain to climb close by but good footwear is required as it is fairly rough terrain but it has amazing views from the top! You can pickup an electric scooter to get around or cars are readily available to hire from the airport or the village. The park area within minutes of the villa offers tennis, paddle, basketball, football and kids play park. There are plenty of supermarkets, including a new Lidl and aldi if you enjoy eating in! The villa is minutes walk from the village, restaurants, beaches, harbour and supermarket. Taxis are also a very easy way to get around and easy to pickup in the village.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe.

Lovely villa in great location, close to amenities but in quiet area. Great that 3 of the bedrooms all have en-suites so we all had our own bathrooms. Villa had everything we needed and lovely patio/pool areas, although the weather wasnt as warm as it has been in previous years so couldn't sit out much. We've stayed in 3 villas in Playa Blanca and this was definitely the best location. Great communication with Karen the host too.

Absolutely fantastic villa that catered for all our needs as a family of 6. Big rooms & en-suite bathrooms were lovely. Fully furnished & fully functioning kitchen, washing machine, dish washer & BBQ with all necessary tools! The private pool was lovely & just right for the children &!the communal pool was large & not crowded & tennis courts available too.10-15 mins walk into town with many restaurants & supermarkeysCheck in was easy & Karen our host was extremely helpful & responded very quickly! Cannot fault anything at all! Definitely recommend!

Perfect late booking

Me, my husband and both of our mums decided on a late booking to Playa Blanca to catch some winter sun before a long cold winter in the UK. What a perfect decision that tuned out to be! The villa is very large and has everything you need, it felt like we were staying in a friend’s house. The small pool is perfect for cooling down but the large pool in the complex is quiet and great for a few laps, we used it most days. The key for the gate to the path into town makes the walk there and back easy. We didn’t have a car and didn’t need one. Spar is a few minutes walk across the open land down the hill and there is an excellent butcher next door. I don’t often return to the same place but I’ll definitely come back to Karen’s villa again.

Fantastic villa

We loved this villa. We are a family of 6 and went for two weeks. The villa is in with easy walking distance to everything that you need. You don't need a car at all. Has a gorgeous pool and outdoor area. Lovely quiet area, you do get a little bit of hotel noise but you get it everywhere in the resorts. It's got a great open plan layout and has quite a traditional Lanzarote feel. The villa is really light and welcoming. Lots of unexpected extras. Communication was brilliant and both Karens were super helpful and kind. You have access to the community pool which is really big and clean. We would definitely go back.

Family Holiday November 2023

Spacious property in a great location, ideal for 6 adults. It is situated in a quiet residential area which is great for daytime relaxing by the pool, but only a ten minute walk from the beach (Flamingo) or the harbour via a new park for which the villa has a private access. Property was clean and tidy with a well stocked kitchen in terms of crockery, utensils, glasses etc.

Great villa in a good , quiet location with a lovely view out to sea and not overlooked . Comfy beds and good outside space having the plunge pool and much larger communal pool to choose from which was never busy great for a family holiday. The villa is beautiful. In a very quiet location but within easy walking distance to the village and beach. Julian and Julie welcomed us and were very helpful, lovely people. We used the villa pool to cool off but was also impressed with a larger pool around the corner. There is a supermarket nearby We would certainly go back and will not hesitate to recommend.

Perfect location and a perfect villa!

We had a fantastic 2 week break in this lovely villa. Julian the owner was very helpful and informative right from the day we booked. The villa has everything you need for a perfect relaxed family holiday. There was even a care package of groceries waiting for us as our flight arrived late at night ! A ten minute walk to the beach or ten minutes to town so no need for a car . The plunge pool on the terrace was perfect for our group to cool down in as it was very hot. The larger communal pool great for swimming lengths. The outside living space is what makes this villa special. A large terrace with plenty of room for eating out and sunbathing with a beautiful garden area. We will hopefully be back again next year for more of the same! Perfect location and lovely villa

We were a group of 7 and stayed here for one week. We have rented lots of villas over the years and this was one of the best. It's very spacious, plenty of wardrobe space, good sized rooms and a very large outside area. It's like a home from home. The grounds are well maintained in the villa and the estate. It is a 10-15 minute walk one way to Flamingo beach and the same again the other way in to the town so no need for a car if you're happy with a short walk. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again if we stayed in Playa Blanca.

De villa voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Ruim, gerieflijk, net, gezinsvriendelijk, dicht bij alle faciliteiten: boodschappen, strand, klein zwembad aan de woning (ideaal voor kleinere kinderen), groot zwembad in het complex, restaurants in de buurt, supermarkt vlak bij, ... .Het contact met de eigenaar was prima en de hulp bij een probleempje met warm water werd snel en deskundig opgelost.Kortom, wij hebben van ons verblijf in Playa Blanca Lanzarote genoten. Uiteraard heeft het weer, dat uitstekend was in de periode dat we er verbleven, daar ook bij geholpen.Wij gaan zeker nog terug naar deze locatie en kunnen deze aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property is well equipped for the most part (more towels and the like would have been nice). We greatly appreciated Karen’s help when we arrived. The airline had lost our wheelchair, and she made arrangements for a wheelchair we could keep until the airline delivered ours – all this within minutes of our arrival. Thanks again!
