My boyfriend and I booked here for our first holiday together. On arrival we were greeted with cava, and then we almost made half board when we had paid for all inclusive. The hotel itself is lovely, I really recommend the piano bar on an evening (and the peach paradises!) The buffet is seafood rich, which we both enjoyed, and the al a carte options were also great. We stayed for 10 nights, and loved the staff. However, on Fridays (White Nights) be prepared for slow service in the buffet, as we waited 10 minutes whilst the servers in our area wandered around for a bit. Paola, one of the servers, was our favourite during the duration, as she is very kind and friendly speaking both Spanish to my partner, and English to me. On check out, the hotel attempted to get €30 off of us for pool towel that we did not use, but that was sorted very quickly. An all round pleasant holiday!

Stayed for a week at the end of August 2 adults and 2 children (8 and 5). Amazing entertainment team. One of the best entertainment teams we have seen. Feel very lucky to have stayed here. Lots of different activities to keep us all entertained everyday. They worked so hard. Nice small hotel, everything close by. Food lovely. Definitely go back.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. I managed to lock my suitcase with the key in, they got some very large pliers to open it within minutes of asking. Nothing is too much trouble. Location within 5 minutes walk of great sandy beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Room was upgraded for no extra price as there were 3 adults in our party. We had a family room which was large and cleaned every day. Food was great lots of choice. Swimming pool very large lots going on for the children and no need to put towels on sun beds as there are plenty.

We are still currently staying here in the middle of our family holiday. Check in was slow but we were kingly greeted with a glass of Prosecco on arrival. After paying £850 each for a week half board for 6 people, we expected to be satisfied with a 4 star hotel. After staying in 4 and 5 star hotels all around the world, I know what to expect from such hotels. However, after booking on the condition of having two family bedrooms in each room, we were greeted with 2 beds and a small camp bed with a curtain you can pull across to separate it from the other beds, Not another room at all. Additionally, if you want to have one of their towels for the pool, you have to pay €1 environmental charge to exchange this towel at each exchange. This is automatically billed to your room as NOWHERE in the resort accepts cash and this can be easily racked up when you can’t see what you’re paying for, also, being with other people in the room, it is almost impossible to work out the bill on check out for what you’ve had. Drinks are extremely expensive in resort hence why we have chosen to drink and eat elsewhere (except breakfast and evening meal). We visited the coffee shop which is equally as pricey and the servings are incredibly small, 2 mouthfuls of coffee for around €3. Moving on, the food is average but nothing the write home about and quite rubbish for a 4 star hotel. There are 3 people in our room and we only have 2 cups and saucers and 2 coffee sachets and 2 tea bags baring in mind each of us paid £850 each for this holiday. I think this hotel are incredibly greedy for money and this hotel in my opinion is definitely no more than a three star hotel, we won’t be back anytime soon I’m afraid!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. My 6 year old daughter loves the kids pool and entertainment, plus endless supply of ice cream! The staff work so hard to keep their guests entertained and looked after. The hotel is spotless and the range of food excellent. We were all inclusive this year and were impressed with the standard of the food in the buffet restaurant. The staff were constantly replacing the food to ensure it hadn’t been out too long, plus there are chefs cooking fresh meat such a chicken, steak and pork all the time. We also got two meals in the al a carte Italian restaurant which was nice. I cannot eat gluten and the chef was happy to talk me through the choices on offer, plus provide me with gluten free bread and pizza. The entertainment in the evening is excellent. If you have young children they will love the disco at 8.30 each night. There is more entertainment later at about. 9.30, such as magicians, acrobats and singers. If you don’t have children or want a bit of quiet time, there are a range of swimming pools, one of which is a bit tucked way and is more for adults. We had a family room which has a bit of extra space with a sofa, which was nice. The nearby marina is worth a visit and is about a 10 minute walk. It has a nice market Wednesday and Saturday mornings selling crafts and other goods.

This hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and work very hard. The pool area is lovely and we always found a sun bed. Mike's coffee shop is very good, we had coffees and smoothies which were both excellent. At breakfast we did find that the tables weren't re set very quickly. We always had to ask for cups. It would help if there were cups by the drinks and spare cutlery too.

Fantastically Clean hotel with the most wonderful staff who would bend over backwards to help there customers. The staff work like Trojans every single one of them. We stayed half board and found the food to be of a high standard Rooms are large and there is plenty of sun beds which I think is vital in a hotel

Thought we would try somewhere different for our jollies this year and decided to go to Lanzarote staying in the 4 star H10 Lanzarote Princess. The reception foyer area is very impressive and the reception staff dealt with us quickly however seemed like they couldn’t wait to get rid of us. Rushed through instructions for the hotel and quickly through directions to our room . The corridors are quite dated but the room was quite spacious with a decent sized balcony with a side sea view. Large TV with coffee and tea facilities and a mini bar . The bathroom was nice and great to have a shower with good water pressure! We stayed half board which was ample for us as we are not big drinkers and like to go out at night . The food was really good with a wide choice ... sea food and meat always on the menu. Pool area was popular and sun beds usually taken up early but the beach was only a 5 minute walk which we used for the full 12 days we were there. Overall the hotel was spot on and would stay there again . Situated close to restaurants and shops and the harbour where there are plenary of very nice restaurants . Thanks for a great holiday H10 Lanzarote Princess

Excellent hotel that caters for all ages. We went for 11 nights inclusive. The food selection is great and the selection varies daily. The drinks selection is one of the best ive seen with almost all premium beers and spirits included in the package. The staff are very polite and attentive and the decor in the hotel is beautiful. Would definitely recommend.
