Welcome to “Little Paradise” a brand new Villa located in the popular town of Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. The Villa is set over two levels, on the ground floor as you enter the house, there is a spacious open-plan lounge, diner, kitchen area, the lounge has 2 leather sofas, Tv with full Uk and European channels and Dvd player.



The Space:

Enjoying an elevated position above Playa Blanca, Little Paradise boasts breathtaking panoramic views across the resort and out towards the Atlantic Ocean. Designed with families and groups in mind, this spacious villa combines generous living areas, comfortable accommodation, and fantastic outdoor spaces to create the perfect holiday setting.



Set across two levels, the villa offers bright and airy open-plan living. On the upper floor, the spacious lounge, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the home. Comfortable sofas, a TV with international channels, and plenty of natural light create a welcoming space to relax, while two dining areas provide ample room for family meals and social gatherings.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether you're preparing a leisurely breakfast or enjoying dinner together after a day by the pool.



Also on the upper level is a king-size bedroom with patio doors opening onto the terrace and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. A separate family bathroom provides additional convenience.



The lower floor offers three further bedrooms, including two king-size rooms and a spacious twin bedroom. One of the king-size bedrooms benefits from its own ensuite bathroom, while two additional family bathrooms serve the remaining rooms. Each bedroom enjoys direct access to the lower terrace through patio doors, creating a lovely connection to the outdoor spaces.



The outdoor spaces are one of Little Paradise's standout features. The expansive terrace offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the sunshine, with sun loungers, outdoor dining areas, and uninterrupted views across Playa Blanca and the ocean beyond.



At the centre of the terrace sits the impressive 10m x 4m heated swimming pool, complete with an integrated jacuzzi area. Whether cooling off during the day or relaxing in the evening sunshine, it provides a wonderful focal point for outdoor living.

The Neighborhood:

Little Paradise enjoys a peaceful elevated position in Playa Blanca, offering beautiful views while remaining close to everything the resort has to offer.



A supermarket is conveniently located just around the corner, making it easy to pick up everyday essentials. The beautiful sandy beach of Playa Flamingo is approximately a 20-minute walk away, where you'll also find a selection of seafront restaurants, bars, and cafés.



The centre of Playa Blanca is just a 5-minute drive from the villa, offering an even wider choice of beaches, waterfront dining, shopping, and entertainment, while Marina Rubicón is also within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.



Other Things to Note:

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

Interaction with Guests:

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
