Wonderful ocean views from every room. Comfortable and much enjoyed. Items needing attention forwarded separately by my wife. Don’t know if she mentioned we couldn’t light the fireplace. My major suggestion is to have an information booklet with instructions, phone numbers and wifi. Thank you.

Awesome place and location. The house was as nice as advertised and the area is...well...Yachats. So stunning. The angriest, rockiest coast we have seen with great coastal views, scenery and hikes. Very short drive to "everything" Yachats. We really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property to anyone and everyone.

Excellent location, exceptional views. Very spacious and well appointed kitchen. This was a fabulous stay for a girls weekend. We each had our own room, the hot tub was sparkling and actually hot and the grounds were beautifully kept.

The views from this property are wonderful. It is walking distance to great restaurants, a grocery store and a delicious bakery. We all enjoyed Yachats. It is a fun and friendly town. The property experience was not what we expected for the price we paid. The queen beds on the main floor were so hard, we could barely get a full nights sleep. We ended up taking turns sleeping in the upstairs master bedroom, which had a bed that you could sleep in without waking up in pain although it had a big dip on one side. We contacted the property management company and they said they would contact the property owner. We asked them to let us know what they said but we never heard back. There were many different levels in this house, steps and stairs everywhere, which was a hazard. Several of us almost fell and we ended up putting chairs near the steps to prevent falls. The supplies were sparse, mainly dishwasher soap and paper towels. We were supplied with one tablet for one load in the dishwasher and less than a half of a roll of paper towels. I’ve stayed in VRBOs in the past and all were well stocked and had comfortable beds. A big part of a vacation is being able to get some rest and we were not able to do this at this property.

Stunning home!

Your search for the perfect vacation home on the Oregon coast is over! This property was BY FAR the most beautiful VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Honestly, the photos do not do it justice! There is hardly a spot within the entire home that you don’t have a view of the ocean. The property was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit a couple times during our stay, and loved that it was walking distance to everything in Yachats. There is a lovely farmer’s market on Sunday. My personal favorite was the bathtub with expansive views of the ocean. It was such a relaxing and peaceful soak after exploring the surrounding trails. I will dream of this stay for years to come. What an amazing place to stay for our coastal Oregon vacation! I could not recommend this property more!

Spectacular!

The views from EVERY room in this house are absolutely amazing. We saw many whales, and were generally mesmerized with the most stunning views. There are no barriers whatsoever between the house and the ocean. The house itself was gorgeous and very spacious. We did less sightseeing while staying at this house because it was hard to tear ourselves away from staring at the ocean.

Beautiful views

We stayed 3 nights and this house was lovely. Our kids (ages 12 & 14) enjoyed finding starfish and other sea life in the tide pools. We loved watching the sunsets and how walkable the town was to grab dinner or ice cream. The house was updated and well stocked with everything!

Multi Level House with Ocean Views

We had a great time, lovely hot tub, game room was fun, fire pit and the ocean view was supperv. The kitchen was topnotch but missing a pie plate. One sister bought one at the thrift store and left for others to enjoy.Once we got use to the step ups and downs on the main floor we did OK. But it really seemed not neccesary except to be a modern design flaw for the elderly.

What an amazing place!

Our family stayed here for my mom’s 68th birthday, the area has been very special to our family for generations. The home itself is beautiful and in an amazing location with beach access nearby, walking distance to the town, and absolutely stunning views! The home is fully stocked and has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. We didn’t cook while there, but the kitchen seemed to be fully stocked with everything to make a feast. The hot tub was very relaxing at night under the stars, listening to the waves crashing. The upstairs suite was amazing and the views can’t be beat! My only critique is that the mattresses and pillows in the two bedrooms on the main floor are very hard, so if you have a bad back, you might want to bring a topper or something and your own pillows. Otherwise everything was wonderful! The check in/check out process was simple and the house was immediately clean. We’d definitely come back!
