Family trip here in a double bed room. The location was perfect—walking distance to the most famous tourist attractions and metro rail and restaurants . Staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a solid 4/5 stay.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff were attentive. The hotel is located right in the centre of Xi'an close to many of the major sites (the Muslim quarter and the Bell and Drum towers). It's also next to a subway station although taking didis everywhere is pretty cheap. Overall I would definitely stay there again!

We had a very comforatble stay with excellent service experienced . Ms Grace Liang at the front desk was extremely helpful and efficient in managing our multiple bookings after our travel plan change . Ms Spring at the Entrance Lobby was always attentive to our enquiries . The rooms are spacious and kept very clean by the dedicated and smiling housekeeping staff . The convenience of a self laundry service room is a big plus . Thank you all for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.

What a great stay. We were in Xi'an for five days, visiting the city and area. The hotel is in a great location, just outside of the Muslim Quarter. A short two block walk brought us to an amazing market and food street. The hotel staff was great, heling us whenever we had questions or needs. The breakfast was outstanding with a mix of local snd western foods. Every place we went was a convenient DiDi ride away. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a ride. I will definitely stay here when I return to Xi'an.

The hotel is old but it's generally nice and very close to the metro station and a market street, it's easy to buy your meals nearby with a lot of delicious food to offer! Coming from Singapore, Don't worry guys, in summer the AC works well! I can't say for other hotels but this one is good! Hahaha! Oh and one honourable mention! There is an tourism office located in the hotel itself, they are extremely helpful and can help you find the fastest way and book your tours and give you the best recommendations. They are very warm and very friendly! Look out for the lady named Zhou Rong! She is really helpful and friendly!

Location was good; near muslim quarter. Walk 10min to bell tower and clock tower. Shopping mall is around there. Best part is near a Wei Jia 24h restaurant and the metro station. Staffs were friendly and nice; especially Spring Chang and the front counters. Gym was old; the swimming pool is shared with the public. Overall good hotel.

Clean and convenient hotel

I stayed at two levels in this hotel for my entire trip. The rooms on the 9th floor is newer and the design is more confy, but it is a smoking floor. The room on the 7th floor is more run-down and design of the room is pretty normal, but it is a non-smoking floor. The staffs are quite polite and approachable.

As foreign tourists at a business hotel we weren't quite sure what to expect but the location was fantastic--- around the corner from the Muslim quarter--- and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. All of us with our translator phones and measly amounts of mandarin English understanding between us managed to figure it out. The only downside is the strange dining experience in private rooms down a long hallway, great for business banquet not so accommodating to travellers.

This place is very close to shopping eating and not far from those historic attraction, well its a 3/4 thousands year old city, that's why. Buses and taxis are plenty to take you to wherever you want. this hotel is a little old and the carpet is a little filthy. NO air condition starting middle of September and we had to open the window at night. I was there 9/16 -9/19, 2018.
