We stayed for 5 nights. We appreciated that the we were given an upgrade. The front desk personnel were very helpful. The downside was that the room's carpet had several stains and we couldn't control the temperature of the room (set at 24C) which made our stay not as comfortable or satisfied.

Typical holiday inn express, very clean, modern, very fast internet, hot water, many restaurants and banks nearby. Theyโ€™ve building a subway nearby that should be finished in a few years

Good value, quite hotel and clean

The room and bath are clean. 110V wall electric plug so you can charge your electric toothbrush. The elevator is crowd. The drapery is dark and the room is quite so you can have a good sleep. The network is little slow. The breakfast is basic.

Simple but comfort. very clean. Very quiet and you can sleep well. The breakfast is basic and good. The front desk said the lunch is provided( not free), but I was there and could not find a single person. In comparison with the price, it has excellent value. Wifi is little difficult to setup and not very fast.

Nice Hotel; Major Construction

Nice hotel, but Xi'an is in the process of building a major transit system/subway for the city. The construction noise goes on 24 hours a day with no chance of finding some peace. The other thing is the hotel waited until we arrived to tell us about the construction! We tried to tough it out and use the ear plugs they provided, but it that bad we had to leave. Oh and don't expect any kind of refund.
