Newly renovated 2 rooms about 45 sqm apartment in beach house style with sea views and south-facing balcony. Modern equipped with kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board, coffee machine and kettle).
Very quiet. The property is located directly on the sea. A private beach path leads through the dune to the white sandy beach. The Föhrer 27 hole golf course is about 500 meters from the apartment and the sports airfield with the popular airfield restaurant is 200 meters away. 300m to Lipsi Beach Club and 850m to Schapers Beach Bistro. Marina and ferry pier about 2 km on the beautiful beach promenade. The bus stop is 50 meters away. The parking lot belonging to the apartment is right on the doorstep. A modern elevator takes you into the

Wir haben die 14 Tage sehr genossen. Zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck schon aufs Meer oder Watt zu schauen ist schon etwas Besonderes. Die FeWo ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der eigene Strandzugang und das Schwimmbad im Nebenhaus machten den Aufenthalt perfekt.

Super Wohnung in top Lage

Super Wohnung direkt am Strand, toller Meerblick und gute Ausstattung. Restaurant am Flugplatz in unmittelbarer NĂ€he ist sehr zu Empfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, z.B. BĂ€cker, Edeka etc. sind fĂŒr FußgĂ€nger allerdings ein bisschen zu weit weg.

Von der Wohnung aus hat man einen guten Blick aufs Meer und kann die Gezeiten verfolgen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und die Betten sind bequem. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche auf der Insel.

Tolle Lage am Meer, unbequemes Bett

Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung in super Lage. Blick auf’s Meer, wenngleich ein zweistöckiges GebĂ€ude teilweise die Sicht versperrt. Allerdings ist das Bett fĂŒr zwei relativ schmal (ausgeklapptes Schlafsofa, wie wir bei nĂ€herer Inspektion feststellten) hart und das Laken in Querrichtung(!?) zweiteilig, was zu vielen Falten fĂŒhrt.

Schöne Wohnung gute Lage

Hat man sich erstmal an die Hochhausarchtektur gewöhnt, verspicht die Wonung einen schönen urlaub auf Föhr. Die renovierte Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Moderne KĂŒche mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Lage mit dem Bick aufs Meer ist fantastisch (wenn das Wasser da ist. Sonst Wattenlandschaft) Leider hat es der EigentĂŒmer noch nicht geschafft mal den Abstellraum aufzurĂ€umen und die ĂŒberzĂ€hligen Farbeimer, Pinsel und Leiter in den Keller zu schaffen. (Dort wĂ€re reichlich Platz) So sucht man vergeblich nach einer Abstellmöglichkeit fĂŒr die leeren Koffer. Also wieder ins Auto. Das Kingsbett ist mit 1,40m Breite fĂŒr 2 Erwachsenen Senioren schon sehr eng. Besser also die Bettkautsch hinzunehmen. DafĂŒr ist aber zusĂ€tzliche BettwĂ€sche erforderlich. Sehr lobenswert ist die Betreuung duch die Hausverwaltung vor Ort. "UrlaubsdomiZiele Föhr"

Vielen Dank! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt auf Föhr. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Nur wenige Meter zum Strand und mit Schwimmbad im Nachbarhaus.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war ganz ok; StĂŒhle am Esstisch waren leider etwas durchgesessen, aber mit einem Kissen ging es. FĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt wĂ€re es uns - beide Ü60 - mit den KorbstĂŒhlen im Wohnbereich zu ungemĂŒtlich, zum sitzen eher etwas fĂŒr jĂŒngere Leute. Schade fanden wir auch, dass man die Kammer nicht richtig als zusĂ€tzlichen Strauraum nutzen konnte, da hier noch die ganzen Farben gelagert waren. Auch wurde in der Anzeige geschrieben "frisch renoviert". Das mag stimmen, aber schade, dass es an den WĂ€nden schon wieder diverse dunkle Flecken oder Striche gab und auch nicht alle Bilder an der Wand befestigt waren, sondern nur z.B. auf der Kommode abgestellt wurden. Auch hierdurch kommt es natĂŒrlich schnell wieder zu "Verunreinigungen" der WĂ€nde. SchlĂŒssel Über- und RĂŒckgabe erfolgte problemlos, der Kontakt, die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett.
