Ich berichte über eine ca. 50 m2 Wohnung gelegen in der 1. Etage und am Ende einer Sackgasse mit dazugehörgem Parkplatz vor dem Haus . Die kurzen Wege zum Stand und Promenade (ca.1o min. ) und zur Stadtmitte ca.15 min. sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.Die Wohnung selbst ist liebevoll und zweckmäßig ausgestattet ( Wz,Sz,Bad und kleiner Kochniesche ) . Zu erwähnen sind auch die 2 Balkone ,die nach Süden und Westen ausgerichtet sind. Zu guter Letzt ist es mir auch wichtig , dem freundlich und kompetenten Team der Fa. Frädrich über die schnörkellose Buchung und gute Info zu danken.

Ich berichte über eine ca. 45 m2 große Wohnung ,die in einer Sackgasse gelegen ist und über einen für die Wohnung reservierten Parkplatz vor dem Haus verfügt. Die Wohnung ist hell,zweckmäßig und liebevoll eingerichtet ,hervorzuheben sind die 2 Balkone nach S und nach W ,sowie das Schlafzimmer ,welches nach N gelegen ist, auch die kurzen Wege zum Strand,Promenade und Zentrum sind in 10' fußläufig zu erreichen.Aber auch letztendlich mal ein Lob an das Vermietungsteam der Fa. Frädrich welches immer freundlich und kompetent ist.
