The apartment house in the Atlantic courtyard is located directly on the sea in the first row on the beach and from the harbor you can walk to the property in about 3 minutes. The apartment is on the third floor and is accessible by elevator. Through the large panoramic window in the living room with a dining table you have a wonderful, direct view of the Halligen and the sand wall. The apartment also has a separate bedroom, a kitchen and a shower room. In the living room there is a wall bed for a third person. There are parking spaces at the house, but they are not assigned to apartments.
