Very nice hotel at a very affordable rate. Then again I'm still searching for that hotel in China where at least at the reception they spoke a bit of a foreign language. The double Trees I've visited in China are otherwise a very solid choice.

My stay was comfortable and as I expected from past visits. The room was clean and overall I had a pleasant experience. The only minor issues I experienced that you may wish to consider upgrading for the comfort of others is, first, I was unable to adjust the climate control in the room. It was stuck on 21.5 and the up/down buttons were useless. It got cold in the room later in the evening. Second, the TV monitor seems to need adjusting. The program I viewed (CNN) was too large to fit properly on the monitor, so the left, right, and bottom parts were cut off and everything on-screen was bigger than normal. Aside from these issues, everything was excellent. The front desk team was friendly and helpful. I'm very satisfied with my latest visit there.

The hotel was poorly managed for a Hilton property. Service in the restaurant was terrible and they had run out of food due to a large Chinese tour group that litterly scooped food on their plates and then left most uneaten.

Nice hotel with an accommodating staff.

The hotel is far from the main core, but good value for the price. There is a lovely church next door and a baseball stadium across from the hotel.

Good location, good service and comfortable room.

I like it’s location; not far from the local airport. Staff service is good and communication isn’t a problem. Bathroom door’s bottom silicone seal is missing and needs to be replaced, as water still splashes out but otherwise, everything else about the room is good. Only qualm I have is the hotel breakfast. Variety is quite minimal, with the same food everyday. Coffee machine does not dispense correct type of coffee as selected.
