Schöner Urlaub im Herzen Würzburgs

Die mit Geschmack konzipierte Altbau-FeWo hat alles Wichtige zu bieten bei einem fairen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Vieles ist neu installiert und eingerichtet (nur das Bad nicht), die Küchenausstattung ist angenehm vollständig, top der wirklich großzügige Kühl-Gefrier-Schrank. Die in der Beschreibung genannte Spülmaschine war (leider) ein Irrtum, der inzwischen korrigiert wurde. Okay. Positiv hervorzuheben sind auch die neuen, schallisolierenden Fenster mit gut verdunkelnden Vorhängen sowie die Trittschallisolierung. Das lässt einen über das schäbige Treppenhaus hinwegsehen. Auch die Matratzen stellen einen Pluspukt dar, wir haben darauf prima geschlafen. Dass  es keinerlei Kleiderstange gibt, geht aus den Bildern hervor, darauf kann man sich einstellen. Das Wohnungsschließsystem macht die Wohnung sehr sicher, denn die Haustür unten ist immer offen. Der Zugang über die super rechtzeitig mitgeteilten Codes war völlig problemlos. Nur hätte man gern auch gleich erfahren, wie man die Wohnungstür von innen und beim Verlassen verschließen kann ... ebenso, wie es mit der Müllentsorgung funktioniert. Auch eine echte Mülltrennung sollte ermöglicht werden. Alles in allem hatten wir aber eine wirklich gute Zeit und haben uns wohlgefühlt

Zentrale Altbauwohnung

Die Wohnung ist ideal in der Altstadt gelegen; nachts deshalb nicht ganz ruhig. Homekeepers kommunizierte nicht in Bezug auf Abfall- Entsorgung: konkret fehlte eine Entsorgungs-Möglichkeit für Plastik (gelbe Tonne/Säcke). Das WLAN funktionierte nicht; ein Einloggen mit einem 20-stelligen Code gelang nicht. Wischer fehlte, um die Wohnung wie verlangt besenrein zu machen.

Ferienwohnung un top Lage Würzburg Innenstadt, leider kein Parkplatz, Wohnung toll ausgestattet, super Matratzen, alles was man braucht, gleich nebenan ein Laden mit Biobrötchen, auch super nett. Das Trepoenhaus ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, halt Altbau.Uns hat es orima gefallen, gerne wieder auch die Kommunikation war gut.

Zugangscode verspätet, Betten nicht bezogen.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, habe diese Fewo am 19.02.2024 gebucht und bezahlt für den Aufenthalt in Würzburg vom 01.04.2024 bis 03.04.2024 in 2 DZ für 3 Erwachsene. Der Zugangscode sollte am 29.03.2024 zugestellt werden. Dies ist erst am 01.04.2024 nachmittags per email erfolgt und ganz witzig nochmals am 02.04.2024 per email. Es ist ein blödes Gefühl anzureisen, mit dem Gedanken keine Übernachtung zu haben. Es geht noch schlechter: die Betten im zweiten Zimmer waren nicht bezogen. Cash sofort und Ihre Leistung war unterirdisch. Ich behalte mir rechtliche Schritte vor. Mit freundlichen Grüßen aus Pegnitz Christian Länger
