A good hotel with good restaurant with Chinese food. Comfort rooms with good view.I have stayed in twin room and it is ok for two people. The restaurant is located on 28th floor and has a good view while having breakfast.
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is located at center of Hankou commercial center. Also it is so convenient to transport to and from Tianhe airport. I enjoyed to have breakfast and dinner at the top rotating restaurant, not only for delicious food but also good view. It was so lucky this time my booking was upgraded from a small suite to a big suite without price change. Everything was perfect. I felt like to go back home when I stayed there.
A very nice hotel with spacious rooms and courteous front desk staff. Lighting was excellent, beds soft and good view from my room. Lovely amenities, worth another stay. Revolving restaurant on the top floor was great for breakfast.
Business travel stay was good. The room AC would not work properly. When I tried to discuss this with the hotel stay they just moved me to another room and brought in a portable AC unit. Breakfast was not included with the room but was expensive. The breakfast buffet had good selections. The nightly buffet was also expensive but did have a lot of good selections. This was definitely better than other Chinese hotels that I have stayed in.
Very welcoming place to stay. Lovely rooms, very clean, excellent service, great restaurants, helpful staff. I would stay here again anytime. I especially loved the fresh fruit in my room every day and the fabulous breakfast buffet. Wonderful respite from the busy streets of Wuhan
Let's start with the location : The hotel is pretty well situated for my needs however it's not downtown and the view around is not that nice due to the fact it is surrounded by old houses and building waiting to be destroyed. The checking: I booked online and it got cancelled without explanation then I booked again and called the hotel to confirm. My call got transferred to the appropriate department and then boom nothing no waited for more than 20 Minutes on the line no one. Anyway they explained it was some network issues. Didn't have much interaction with them so can't really say. But you will carry your luggages by yourself and don't expect them to show you where the lift is! The really score low on customer service. The room: This is why they have a 4 star. The bed was great! And they have amazing pillows for different purposes. It was pretty clean, the room lights weren't very bright even when all of them were turned ON. Good blackout curtains with double linings and sheers to filter the brutal sunlight. Room facilities: The washlet!!!! You'll enjoy it! They have an Air purfier which works great, Pant ironing machine I couldn't figure out how to use that. One thing I didn't like was their bathtub, too low and there wasn't any anti slip mat. While showering I almost fell. I asked the caretaker and she said they didn't have but the lobby manager told me they do have that. I'm just wondering why it is not included in every room. Tv with HBO channel! The mini bar well Chinese classic. Very low quality tooth brushes for a 5 star hotel. Double room but soaps and other stuff were provided for one! Even breakfast was provided for 1. The restaurant at the top called the Grand View is great and at first I didn't realize it was turning around (rotating and changing views) so we changed positions without actually noticing! I found myself and the other Conner of the restaurant wondering if I've lost my mind...Good breakfast with foreign food. They have a fully equipped GYM and swimming pool. And a sauna salon. Overall a 3.5/5. The goods are sleep quality and silence experience Bads: not very good bathroom and customer service
The rooms are a reasonable standard. There are many shops and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. The room was very stuffy with it not cooling below 26oC. The breakfast and the view from the restaurant were great,
This hotel is well situated in Wuhan, but could certainly use a makeover. The carpets have dirty patches and the hallways and rooms are dark and foreboding because of lots of dark wood. My corner room was large, a suite really, but the desk and chair were not comfortable to work at, and the lighting clicked and popped when it was turned on. Wifi was free. The electrical outlets accepted only Chinese plugs, not the 3-pronged Western variety. The bed was OK, but the street noise might deter a light sleeper. The bathroom was old but adequate. A sign announced the location of the hair dryer, but it was not there, and I gave up looking for it. The hotel's conference facilities are not great. I gave a lecture to about 150 people in a room where a large central pillar blocked the sight lines, and the ceiling was low. The room was unbearably hot, and the staff said that they could not cool the room at this time of year. I didn't try the restaurant or use the exercise facilities. In summary, despite the attractive price, I would not return. There are probably better choices in Wuhan.
This hotel is near to hospital and shopping mall. They have great service including welcome drink and birthday surpise. While the equipments in room is ordinary but comfortable. 服务很好，房间一般，早餐很丰富，喜欢牛肉面和鸡蛋卷，房间临街晚上有点吵。
This hotel is located in an interesting area with lots of little shops and restaurants. Out the front door, turn left and then left again at the street corner leads to a tree-lined street full of interesting shops. In particular, look for the restaurant with the yellow and red sign that is shown in the appended photo. The hotel itself is less of a draw. The overall feeling of the hotel is that it is not well maintained, which suggests in turn that it is not well managed. It has a pool, but the area around the pool is poorly maintained, dirty. The room was fine. Wifi worked, ample electrical outlets, etc. Water pressure was good, etc. The check-in and check-out processes were ridiculously slow. We almost missed our train due to the time it took the front desk to check us out.
