Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 30 m, railway station 4 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
3-room apartment 72 m2, on the ground floor. Fully renovated in 2025, practical and comfortable furnishings: entrance hall. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and hi-fi system. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds and satellite TV. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Porch. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Excellent location to both relax and discover Wroclaw and surroundings

We very much loved our stay here. We combined relaxing at the pool (during the warm hours of the day) with making trips to see Wroclaw, and a one day trip into the mountains. It's a well maintained apartment and is fully equipped. Kitchen has all you need and shops/supermarkets are nearby. Restaurants within 10 min drive. Very clean and excellent beds. Beautiful garden with a lot of space and privacy. Apples and plumes on the trees. Brilliant clean swimming pool for private use. From the apartment its an easy road to go into Wroclow center by either car or public transport (bus station within 50 mtrs). And on top of all this, the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Das Appartement ist groß, sauber, ruhig und hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Bushaltestelle war direkt vor der Haustür, so dass wir schnell in die Innenstadt kamen. Einige Geschäft und Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar. Breslau ist eine tolle Stadt. Wir würden dieses Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen! Vielen Dank!

Perfekt!

Ca. 12 Autominuten bis ins Stadtzentrum und trotzdem morgens ein Reh am Zaun. Also zentral und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und mehrsprachige Vermieter. Eine perfekt saubere, gemütliche Wohnung für 4 Personen. Ein reibungsloser und gut informierender Buchungsablauf über Interhome. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen, wenn wir diese wunderschnöne Stadt nochmals besuchen.
