Wonderful place

Older building but very nice condo room. Would come again, location is excellent. Can not be any closer to an extremely nice beach. Restaurants 5 minutes away by car. Quiet location.

Visit to Wilmington

It was so nice waking up to a beautiful sunrise each morning and hearing the waves crashing. We were here off season, so it was very quiet. Condo was nice and the kitchen had everything needed to cook up a good meal! Host was very good on communication. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful accommodations and view

This property had a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit itself was nicely appointed and well stocked. It was also spotless lending to a great first impression. Would definitely return.

Comfortable condo

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely long weekend at this place at Wrightsville. The condo was very clean, very comfortable, and very well supplied. The king bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The kitchen had plenty of room and supplies. We hope to stay again.

Great location, Great amenities

We had everything we needed during our stay here. The condo was equipped with all the kitchen needs one might have, as well as bedding/bathroom toiletries, etc. On-site property employees were very helpful. We had a tiny bit of trouble at checkin getting inside the building, but it was easily resolved. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Very clean, just beautiful. Very comfy furniture and beds. It was perfect. Just outside the front door are 9-story views of the sound/marsh side. We were there off-season but summertime is likely very fun around the pool. If available, BOOK IT!

Overall fine but there’s one thing you might not be aware of. The entry door was extremely drafty. I had to wedge towels between the door and jamb to reduce it. The heat was running almost continuously

ISLANDER UNIT 9B DISAPPOINTING

Property needs major updating . Management unresponsive with our request to fix a broken outside porch chair upon our arrival. Request to fix this chair were made several times. There were three people in our group, unfortunately one of us could not sit on the outside porch. On Sept 1 the property owner must have preprogramed our A/C unit for 76 degrees. After several requests to fix this issue we finally got someone to come in our unit and remedy.

hanngin at the beach

We had been in the mountains and wanted to stay beach side. We randomly picked this location. The building is centrally located. The property is very good! Its clean and easy to navigate from the pool to the beach. The complimentary ice was an awesome option. Our condo was very clean except for some of the dishware and the oven. The internet worked well(I was working). The down side was the TV is internet based so if you don't have accounts with the streaming services you are listening to the ocean(which isn't a bad thing). They could use a "here is how to use the TV" guide in the binder of rules. The binder could use a page on local eateries. Our only comment is the master bedroom and the living room have sliding doors. The bedroom door would not open from the inside. Both(especially the bedroom) need blinds. One other missing appliance, a garbage disposal.
