Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location near beach and Mercer pier. 2 bikes included which was great to ride to shops and ice cream. Beach chairs, boards also in gararge. Outdoor shower a plus! Unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful home with all of the amenities you would hope for on vacation. The owners thought of everything - from extra toys and games for the kids, beach gear, bikes and all the kitchen utensils and appliances you need to make meals. It was plenty of space for our family of four. The decor was adorable and the location was perfect - just a couple houses back from the beach and beautiful views of the ocean. The hardest part was leaving!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is newer which great and very well equipped. A clean house with everything you need. I would suggest some notes about the door locks and the elevator. A property book giving the renter all the details would be very helpful. The supply closet in the garage should be labeled so renters know that is where all the beach equipment is located. Also, a note when you check in to check the closets for extra towels so the renter is aware they have plenty of towels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd time renting with Bryant Real Estate and Moore Shore Time was a perfect rental for us. We had 2 families for a total of 7 in the house and we were very comfortable. Everything was thought of in this house. The decor is lovely and the house is very clean and comfortable. Location is perfection. Easy & Quick walk to the beach..just steps away. House is well stocked with everything you need for the beach. Also easy to walk to local shopping and restaurants. The drive to Wilmington is easy as well and should not be missed. The house is on a quiet street and we were very happy with this sure we will return. I would not change a thing.

Pro's and Cons

We found the house clean and comfortable for a group of 8 ladies. Well appointed with dishes and cookware. We were there from a Wed- Sunday. We had trouble with the A/C starting on Friday- it would cool the upper floor but not the middle floor. Then on Saturday afternoon, it appeared we were locked out of using the AC from a remote location (or it's broken... not sure which). Nobody answered the property management company emergency maintenance line, nor did they return an email about the issue that we sent late Saturday after we exhausted other methods of contacting them. We were not expecting it to be fixed immediately (and realized it was odd hours), but we hoped they would communicate with us to see if the system was turned off via an app that controlled the units remotely. We were suspicious that this was the case since both thermostats could not be altered from within the house and both units outside were totally off. At the start of the weekend we could adjust the thermostats. It was an 80 degree weekend and no AC made sleeping uncomfortable. So overall, good house- just not great communication from mgmt company when we had a problem. And also concerning if the system was controlled remotely that we couldn't control the comfort level during our stay.
