This condo unit includes one bedroom, one full bathroom, 644 sqft. Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining area, living room, "bunk bed nook" with two adult size twin beds, & washer/dryer. Relax and unwind on your balcony with views of the ocean. Take a dip in the pool overlooking the beach. Park your car in off street parking and walk to everything. There is assigned off street parking for 2 cars only. Clearance height 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking.

Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations.

Great location

Great spot- mere feet from the beach and within walking distance to some restaurants, shops and an ice cream spot! The unit was as it appeared online. It could use some updating but served our purpose and had everything we needed- including ding covered parking. Check in was super easy and the town is adorable.
