With the beach just a mere 50 metres (approx) from your door, enjoy a stroll along the golden sands, before taking your morning coffee on the front deck. Ocean glimpses are possible through neighbouring houses across the street. The rear deck is an entertainer's dream with plenty of space to BBQ and enjoy a meal with family, while listening to the native bird life in the bordering rainforest. You might even get a visit from the local Cassowary!
The home offers 3 comfortable air conditioned bedrooms, the primary featuring luxury ensuite with spa bath and walk in robe.
The open concept living area with timber floors and high ceilings allow for cool breezes to flow through the east and western patio doors.
The Woolworths centre is a mere 3-4 minute drive away, offering essentials like chemist, bottle shop and hairdresser. Mission Beach Village is a little further north offering fine dining options, bars and boutiques.
There are numerous boat ramps in the area to get out to the reef and discover the islands and catch a fish or two!
Off street parking is available for 2 vehicles so why not bring the boat!
