Down the hill from this 4 bedroom home is Coalcliff Beach and the cafes at Stanwell Park are a scenic walk up the Grand Pacific Walk track. Coalcliff Station, which is a minute walk from the property, is an hour and a half train ride from Central Station. It's also an hour from Sydney on the freeway.

From stunning location to ease of access, architectural, historical and engineering significance, a luxurious interior design and immaculate house keeping, this property has it all! Oh, and did we mention the home has also been built with energy-efficient systems such as a hot water heat pump, and an enviro-cycle water treatment system - which means no nasty chemical based cleaning solutions can be used - all natural only. AND a classic piano to top it off.

The home features an open-concept layout with two separate living spaces, raked cedar ceilings and natural materials, coupled with modern finishes and Mediterranean-esque furnishing, you are sure to secure a the ultimate getaway in coastal living with unrivalled showstopper appeal.

Amenities include a flat screen TV in the living room, Wi-Fi and Netflix. You’ll be set for evenings of comfort and entertainment.

All the essential cooking appliances and necessities are available in the kitchen and the bathroom is equipped with the essentials. Also included are the following condiments, coffee and tea, salt, pepper, white sugar, Nescafe sachets, Nestle hot chocolate sachets, English Breakfast, Early Grey, Peppermint and Green Tea tea bags.

The property does not include AC (it is not needed when nestled in the treetops with access to the ocean breeze in the summer and a fire place in the winter - please note: fireplace starter essentials are not provided at the property, should you wish to start the fire, you are required to purchase the essentials yourself, additionally, please remember that any damage caused to the property as a result of your actions will be your responsibility. Fan heaters are also provided for those who are not confident or competent starting the fireplace).

PLEASE NOTE: Only two parking spaces are available at the property. There is no street parking. There are additional parking spaces available less than a 5 minute walk at the rest area up the road.
