Misleading Listing, Hostile Host: A Nightmare Stay
Avoid this property at all costs! This rental was an absolute nightmare, and I strongly advise against staying here. The listing was misleading, and the host’s behavior was hostile and unprofessional.False Advertising: The "seaside studio" was nothing more than a repurposed living room in the host's home. The so-called "private kitchen" was non-existent—no stove, no sink, and we had to use the bathroom sink to refill water. Cooking was only allowed in an outdoor BBQ area with the host's prior approval, which was not disclosed in the listing.Hostile Host: Upon arrival, we used the empty driveway to unload luggage and were aggressively berated by the host. Even after complying and moving the car, the harassment continued. When we asked about having a family member visit for dinner, we were told it would incur extra fees, our family decided to not burden us with this and cancelled our plans.False Accusations: After leaving early due to the unbearable experience, the host falsely accused us of property damage and tried to charge us extra fees.We booked for two nights but left after one because the situation was intolerable. This rental failed in every way—comfort, privacy, and professionalism. It was a complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this property
