We went in Dec/Jan 2020/2021. Honestly I thought given is Novotel brand it would be much better as other Novotel locations but it wasn't. There were a lot of renovations, gym was closed, spa closed, sauna not working, you still had to paid for parking at the hotel (never in another hotel we had to paid for parking). The pool was so cold! Is not heated and its not really on the beach, you still need to walk cross the street to get there. The rooms were ok but there is not microwave but at least theres a fridge. Also theres no kids club or area for small children, some hotels normally have this area and here it was empty. Overall is ok but not what we paid for, definitely wont be staying here again.

In regards to our renovations and facility closures, this is stated when booking through third party websites, along with our website. I am terribly sorry to hear that this caused an inconvenience to your stay. It is disappointing to hear that you received poor customer service. Hi Anonymous, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies that your stay did not meet your expectations. Due to COVID-19 and the restrictions put in place for travelling in 2020, this was the most appropriate time to undergo some facility upgrade. For your stay we had launched our newly renovated restaurant/bar, pool, pool bar and convenient store. Unfortunately we had some maintenance issues in our sauna that needed address. Please note information regarding our renovations is stated when booking through Expedia. In regards to our spa, this facility is no longer available at our property. Our pool is solar heated, meaning that the temperature does vary. Microwaves are available within our hotel upon request, as our rooms are hotel style, not apartment, they do not come readily equipped with this feature. Pre-covid, we did have a kids room available for our guests to enjoy, unfortunately for the time being this has been removed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
