Not to mention the property includes its very own soccer field for all ages to enjoy! The generous undercover patio area, bathed in sunlight provides the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings with friends and loved ones.

The Space:
Inside, the spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area seamlessly blend with the outdoor oasis, offering breathtaking views of the lake through expansive bay windows. A second living area on the upper split level provides additional space ideal for children's entertainment. Including a PS5 and Switch the kids can enjoy, while the adults delight in soaking up the serenity overlooking the pool and lake view.
Accommodating up to 8 adults, 4 children, including 3 queen beds, 1 double bed & 2 fold-out queen size sofa beds (in lounge room) this home caters perfectly to families or friend groups. With 2 bathrooms, everyone can enjoy comfort and privacy.
This property has conveniences abound, including fully equipped kitchen, split-system air conditioning, a master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe, and a spacious main bathroom with a corner bath and separate shower. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit, basketball hoop & balls, tennis equipment, 4 bikes (1 with small child seat) helmets, kayaks (x2) fishing rods (x2) including chairs to take and sit lakeside, lawn bowls, chess, darts, not to mention parking in driveway for 2 cars and plenty of off-street parking.

Great for a family of 10

Plenty of seating areas inside and out. Rooms are comfortable. Would be great when whether is good, we didn’t get to make use of the pool or outside areas. Best suited for 8 people as the additional beds are sofa beds in the same room. Would stay again.
