Classic contemporary beach house close to patrolled surf and dog friendly beaches, cafes, local dining options and a bottle shop. Coledale is just over the Seacliff Bridge nestled between the magnificent Illawarra escarpment and a string of glorious sandy beaches. We are a short 1 hour 15 minute drive from Sydney. Enjoy the stunning escarpment views or spot a whale from our balcony. The house has open plan chefs kitchen, dining and lounge with a chefs kitchen. The upstairs bathroom includes shower and bath. The downstairs double bedroom has an ensuite and direct access to the native garden which has an outside shower to get off that sand. Guests love our library, the garden, the views, and the house. The back garden is fully fenced. Two minutes walk to cafes, the famous family friendly Coledale RSL, the bottle shop, a beauty salon and a fish n' chip shop. Walk the world famous Seacliff Bridge, take a swim in the Coledale ocean pool, visit historic Thirroul and Austinmer , explore local restaurants and bars...or do nothing, do a jigsaw a puzzle, read a book, make a meal, maybe BBQ some snags. Surfers will be glad to know we are a stone's throw from Tommo's, Sharkys and the Boiler room. Not much further to Peggy's, McCauleys and Sandon Point. The house has been designed to be wheelchair accessible upstairs with a ramp to the entrance, doorway and halls are extra wide for easy navigation. Just so you know there is no TV or Smart TV. Bring your device of choice. We have wireless! Well behaved small to medium dogs welcome by application and photo.

Wonderful home with everything you would need in an excellent location.
This house is a great house for a holiday . Spaces are large and whilst the property has some real design features you don't feel like you have to walk on eggshells so as not to damage anything. ( we did put the most precious items out of kid reach). We were a party of two adults and two small children 4 and 2. It rained the entire time we were there but we still found plenty to do in the area including looking and playing in puddles. There are plenty of Cafes very close by beaches and parks are two minutes walk away.As this house has no television it is a testament to the house and the area that fun was had by all .

Gem in Coledale
Beautiful house with a lovely open space to relax in and cook. Great location close to the water and lots of walks for our dog. We absolutely loved this house and hope to stay again.
