Below Klippitztörl, 12 km from the centre of Wolfsberg, in a secluded, quiet position on a slope, 15 km from the lake, 10 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: natural state property with meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Bumpy, steep motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 12 km, grocery 12 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop "Prebl Simonbauer" 11.3 km, swimming bay 15 km. Riding stable 15 km, chair lift 10 km, skisport facilities 10 km, ski school 10 km. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn, Klettertagarten. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Klippitztörl 10 km, Koralpe 25 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavanttaler Alpen. Please note: suitable for families. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The sauna is accessible via an outside entrance. 3.3 km away there is a "Preimser Jausenbox" where you can buy products from local farmers (dairy products, bread, cakes, meat (dry and fresh), honey... etc.) for cash.

Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The wood stove is a pellet stove. The sauna has an outside entrance.
