Located a couple minutes from Lake Ontario and a short distance from the other Fingerlakes. The farm house is located between Sodus and Fairhaven perfect for fishing, catching waterfalls, hitting up the Rennasaince festival or Sterling Stage.
Enter through a nice entryway to prepare you for your wonderful country stay in our Family friendly old time farmhouse with some modern work, furniture and WiFi. Perfect for families, local event attendees or fishermen. Beautiful, large space, minutes from the water, three big bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen sitting area, dining room, living room with smart tv, half wrapped patio and a big brown barn also available for rent for weddings, parties and events. Let us know of any special occassions. The home is left responsible for cleaning by guests. There is a $250 deposit refunded once youve cleaned after yourself. If you require professional cleaning beforehand please let us know and there will be a $250 cleaning fee.. Please note the home is supplied with enough water for the number of people on your rental contract times the average daily use. Anything above and beyond may cost a extra water usage fee. It has a big yard and gorgeous natural landscaping. A Bon fire pit out back for some memorable nights with good conversations and s’mores. Trash pick up fridays. Please recycle.
