We liked the walkable small town feel of Woerden. Town was still had great options for dining and shopping and a train station to go anywhere for the day. Parking garage was across the street and cost was discounted if you stay at the hotel.

The room was nice, bathroom not very private due to sliding door. I had inquired about a late checkout at my reservation. I received an email stating that would be noted and was available. At check in I was told it would 40 extra euros. Would have been nice to have explained that in the email.

Decent hotel with good facilities including a kettle. It's some distance from the station, but we took the train to Utrecht and Rotterdam. Good restaurants nearby. Slow service on checking -out.

Poor service in restaurant

The hotel is really nice and well maintained. The service in the restaurant is very poor. Good luck with getting any attention. Due to lack of attention no further drinks were ordered the ones that were we had to re request as they didn't arrive and we were not asked if we wanted dessert. So gave up.

Heel aardig personeel. Kosten noch moeite zijn gespaard om van een ëuwen oud gebouw een prachtig aangekleed hotel/restaurant van te maken. Schitterend alle oude balken in zicht. Mooie kamer met veel attributen. Aan alles is gedacht. Midden in het gebouw is een groot atrium waardoor veel licht naar binnen komt.
