Nice of you to come by! Here you can find your holiday:
Our cozy East Frisian country house from 1920 is located in the idyllic village of Altfunnixsiel, directly on the Harle. Ideal starting point for cycling, walking, fishing, boating or stand up paddeling. Your children can spend a nice time on the adjoining pony farm. In a short time you reach many other holiday activities in the neighboring villages Carolinensiel, Neuharlingersiel, Werdum and the beach in Harlesiel.

Here you can spend the night with up to 8 people. The apartment of approx. 92 m² is conveniently located on the ground floor and was renovated in autumn 2019. Two bedrooms, a children's room and a sofa bed awaits you here. The living room has a fireplace for the cold North Sea days. In the morning you can have breakfast in the cozy kitchen. A bathroom with shower and a guest toilet is also available. Your children can play in their own garden or you can relax. From 01. 06. 2020 you can expect a terrace with barbecue in the garden. A utility room with washer and dryer is also located in the apartment. A cot and high chair are ready for you.

The final cleaning is already included in the rental price.

Towels and bed linen can be optionally booked per person per stay for a fee.

Dogs are allowed on agreement, prior to booking and extra charge.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir sind als Familie mit 3 Generationen gefahren. Alle sind von der Wohnung begeistert. Dazu der super gepflegte Garten. Die Terrasse ist schon etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber dort haben wir uns nur selten aufgehalten. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zu den verschiedenen Stränden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Etwas enttäuscht

Die Lage vom Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. In der Nähe hat man den Strand und kann mit seinen Kindern Ebbe und Flut erleben. Aber auch überall anders tolle Unternehmungen machen. Wir waren sehr viel spazieren und es war super ländlich. Auch die Kontaktlose Ankunft und Abfahrt lief perfekt. Allerdings gibt es auch Nachteile, wenn alles Kontaktlos ohne jeglichen persönlichen Kontakt stattfindet. Als wir ankamen, stand bereits ein anderes Auto auf unserem Stellplatz. Kein Problem, da es genügend Platz gab aber eigentlich war für die obere Wohnung ein anderer Stellplatz vorgesehen. Leider war einiges defekt oder ging gar nicht. Sämtliche Batterien der LED Kerzen waren leer. Die Lichterkette im Garten ging nicht. Die Lampe über dem Spiegel war defekt. Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht wie erwartet. Die Fliesen in der Dusche waren dreckig. Das Silikon in der Dusche hatte schwarzen Schimmel. Überall lag Staub. Am Tag der Unterkunft ist ein Kind unter die Couch gekrabbelt und war voller Staub. Im Badezimmer sind meine Sachen von der Kommode gefallen und waren auch direkt Staubig. Allerdings waren dagegen die Betten sauber und frisch bezogen. Man hatte super Möglichkeiten zum Schlafen. Auch viele, saubere Handtücher waren da. Die Waschmaschine samt Trockner sind ein Segen als Familie mit Hunden. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Das heißt, geht die Familie oben später schlafen, lohnt es kaum vorher zu Bett zu gehen. Über uns war eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern, die bis 23 Uhr wach waren und durchgehend rannten und tobten. Da unsere 3 Kinder bereits 20 Uhr im Bett lagen, konnten wir leider jeden Abend nicht wirklich abschalten. Nachts wurde ich von dem Lärm auch 1-2 mal wach, da es wirklich sehr laute Geräusche waren und der Boden anscheinend nicht gedämmt ist. Und wir sind was Sowas angeht, absolut nicht empfindlich. Außerdem wurde der Garten auch von der anderen Familie mit genutzt. Der Durchgang zu beiden Terassen/Eingängen war offen. Demnach haben wir den Garten nicht mit genutzt. Wir haben zwar zwei liebe Hunde aber aus Sicherheitsgründen lassen wir diese nicht mit fremden Kindern die Klein sind in einen Garten. Am Tag der Ankunft hatten wir auch viele Spinnen samt Spinnen Netze in allen Zimmern. Anscheinend werden diese vorher bei der Reinigung nicht entfernt. Als kurze Info für zukünftige Urlauber, es gibt einen TV im Wohnzimmer. Dieser hat nur reguläre Sender. Kein Youtube, WLAN, Netflix.

Sehr schöne Wohnung für die ganze Familie

Wir hatten mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kids eine schöne Woche in Altfunnixsiel. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig in dem kleinen Örtchen.Das Haus war sehr sauber , die Einrichtung Top es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Den Garten haben wir viel genutzt zum Fussball spielen und für schöne Grillabende.Checkin problemlos und netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern Mail. Es hat allen sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gern wieder.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Die Kinder hatten separate Zimmer, es gab es GästeWC, wir sind sehr viel Fahrrad gefahren und die Vermieterin war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit! Danke

Perfekte Unterkunft an der Nordsee

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt in einer wunderbar sauberen Wohnung , wo alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht . Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!
