The comfortable roof studio (approx. 40 sqm) for 2 people extends over the entire pointed roof of the house and offers a wonderful view of the Harle and the East Frisian landscape. It is equipped as follows: living room with upholstered furniture, dining area, satellite HDTV, DVD, CD radio, WiFi. Kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and separate TV. Bathroom with shower / toilet. Use of the large garden with terrace, garden shed and barbecue area. Parking spot. Non smoking apartment! Fly screens in the living room and bedroom. Bed linen and towels included.

You live in an East Frisian clinker house in a quiet, central location on the old dike. There are 5 apartments for up to 4 people, all non-smoking and mostly suitable for allergy sufferers. The house has a large garden with terraces with garden furniture, a barbecue area, a garden shed, a garage as a storage space for your bicycles, laundry room with machine and dryer, a playground with a slide, bar, sandpit, swing and parking for your car.
