Ordentlich, schön, überraschend klein.

Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich geführt; Wohnungen und Gänge/Treppenhaus sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung Nr. 9 wurde mit 66 qm beworben. Wir empfanden sie als viel kleiner und schätzen die Wohnfläche auf 38 bis 40 qm. Zum Glück war eine andere Wohnung mit 55 qm im Haus frei. Wir durften unkompliziert umziehen und verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus. Gerne wieder.
