The modern and architect-designed house has got a first-class interior design with high quality furniture. There is a modern designed courtyard in front of the house and the entrance doors as well as a carport. The floor plans of the house are in line with the topography of the dune on which the house is built. In total there are three floors in this building. The large apartment is reachable via a staircase. This apartment has got a large living area with room-height windows which are a perfect element to connect room with the outdoor area. There are southward terraces and east- & westward rooftop gardens with a view into a park. The kitchen and the living room are due to the room height windows flooded with sunlight and furnished in a harmonic design. The large apartment has a living room, a kitchen with a dining table for 6 people. There are also a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi available. The terraces are equipped with sunbeds, outdoor furniture and parasols. The second floor accommodates the 2 master bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, as well as a balcony. On this floor the elegant and modern bathroom is located too. It is equipped with a toilet, a shower and a bathtub. The attic floor accommodates a single box spring bed.
