In the 5th Located on the first floor, which is easily accessible by elevator, this exclusive apartment offers an unforgettable vacation. The 55m² of living space are very high quality. The living / dining area with television invites you to linger. The living area leads to the balcony with a spectacular view. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and various small appliances. The stylishly furnished bedroom ensures relaxing hours. There is also a bathroom. Upon arrival, 2 beds are made and towels are ready for you. WiFi is accessible without cost. Public parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.
