Week in Scotland

The apartment was as described but on the older side. The stairwell leading to the apartment was unkept and I’m not sure if that’s normal for this area. Overall the apartment did exactly what we wanted it to do and the price was good. Microwave stopped working while we were there but we didn’t contact the manager. The manager was very prompt in communicating with us and I appreciated that.

Building is old with uneven floors and location is between boarding up buildings. Unit was clean but felt it was way overpriced!

Glasgow Cycling event

Nice appartement with free public parking right next to it; located within walking distance of several bars, restaurants (including the Artisan/Laddie snug, home of one of the largest selection of scotches in the world) and other stores. But very noisy… especially Thursday to Saturday night when the karaoke bars on the street are in operation and there is a lot of traffic at night.
