Up on the southern slope of the Nordhelle mountain, Haus Sonnenstraße 21 is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The spacious duplex apartment (88 m²) extends over the 1st and partly 2. Floor of the house and consists of 2 bedrooms, a large living area with open kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious balcony.
