Our apartment is situated on the ground floor of a modern residential complex built in 2016, offering a calm and comfortable stay with beautiful views of the Veltins Arena. The building includes a dedicated storage room for bicycles, skis, and sledges, making it ideal for both leisure and active travelers.
A private, covered parking space belongs to the apartment; it is slightly wider than standard parking spots and therefore also suitable for guests with mobility needs.

Our apartment is on the ground floor of a newly built (2016) small residential complex, offering stunning views towards the Veltins Arena. The complex includes a dedicated room for storing bicycles, skis, and sleds. The apartment's parking space is covered, slightly wider than usual, and handicapped accessible.

Combi Apartments Kappenblick 1 and 2 are located next to each other and can be booked together, although they are not interconnected. Both apartments are modern, newly furnished, and equipped with all the comforts and conveniences you need. Each apartment features a living room with underfloor heating, a sitting area, a dining area, and a sofa bed that converts easily into a comfortable bed. A widescreen TV is also available. The living rooms offer great views of the bobsleigh run and the chairlift on Kappe Berg.

The kitchens in both apartments are fully equipped with a freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee pod machine, and kettle. All bedrooms feature large, luxurious box spring beds, with one bedroom having a duo bed. A baby cot is available as well. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The terraces are perfect for enjoying the summer sun. These accommodations are ideal for holidaying with friends or family, allowing you to enjoy time together while maintaining the privacy of your own space.

This prime location allows you to enjoy both the serenity of a quiet stay and the vibrant activities nearby.

Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, which is sent in advance and completed at check‑in. This form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage.
