Have a nice holiday together! This holiday apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower and sink. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The 2nd bathroom has a sink, toilet, shower and bath. In the living room there is a flat screen on which you can watch both Dutch and German television programs. There is also wifi, a radio and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee filter machine. A washing machine, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner are available. There is also a high chair and cot. The garden has a terrace with garden furniture and you can barbecue. The property has a parking space. You can store bicycles and skis in the storage room. 2 Pets are welcome in this accommodation.
 


The village of Neuastenberg is only a few kilometers away from Winterberg. There are several restaurants and ski rental. Ski area Postwiese is a quiet, sun-drenched ski area. Ideal for families with children. There is a total of 8 kilometers of slopes and the area is well-organized. A few days a week the slopes are lit and you can also ski in the evenings. Go tobogganing on the natural toboggan run, or cross-country skiing on one of the many cross-country trails. Also look elsewhere? The ski bus takes you to the surrounding ski areas. In summer the area is an ideal place for walkers and cyclists. Neuastenberg is close to the Rothaarsteig long-distance hiking trail, which leads over the Kahler Asten. Enjoy the Winterberger Hochtour, a hiking trail right through the mountains of Winterberg. Mountain bikers enjoy the long routes of varying difficulty. Plenty of opportunities for relaxation and exercise!

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
