Via a short staircase with five steps on the outside, you enter the apartment on the ground floor, which is otherwise entirely on one level. Inside, the living room immediately invites you to relax, featuring a comfortable sofa with a chaise lounge, a separate armchair, and a cozy coffee table positioned near the television. Ample cupboard space around the TV provides plenty of room for storing personal belongings.
Next to the living room is the bright dining area with seating for up to six people, ideal for enjoying meals together. These meals can be prepared in the adjacent fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything you need, including a hob, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher that takes care of the cleanup. A coffee maker and kettle ensure you can quickly whip up your favorite hot drink at any time of the day.
The bedroom offers sleeping comfort for several guests. It features a double bed (180x200 cm) with bedside tables and lighting, and above it a practical single bunk bed (90x200 cm). A wardrobe and shelving unit provide convenient storage for clothing and travel essentials. For additional guests, the fold-out bed in the living room creates two extra sleeping places (90x200 cm each).
The bathroom is equipped with a pleasant shower cabin, a washbasin with a mirror, and a toilet—perfect for refreshing yourself before or after a day of adventure.
Step outside onto the 8 m² balcony and enjoy the stunning view over the Kahler Asten mountain landscape. Furnished with two chairs, it’s an ideal spot to unwind in the fresh mountain air.
The accommodation also includes several practical extras. A communal washing machine/dryer is available in the basement for your convenience. In addition, a garage is provided for safe storage of ski equipment or rented bicycles, and there is parking available directly in the home’s garage. For families with young children, a high chair and a cot (70x140 cm) are available. Please note that pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Lace up your hiking boots or rent a bike to navigate the extensive network of trails that meander through dense forests, alongside sparkling lakes, and across serene valleys. Adventurous souls can explore climbing parks and exhilarating mountain biking routes, particularly on the famous Kahler Asten.

Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, sent in advance and filled in at check-in. The form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage.
