Description
Recently renovated, bright, and modern, this studio is a wonderful place to stay for an active holiday. There is room for up to three people and the house has free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen contains a stove with two ceramic plates, a microwave, sandwich maker, dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine. The bedroom has a double box-spring bed 160 centimeters wide. The comfortable corner sofa in the living room is also a double sofa bed. There is a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The dining area offers space for four people. You can also sit outside: the terrace with barbecue is adjacent to the communal garden. There you will find a swing for the little visitors. Enjoy!

Züschen has its own ski area (Snow World Züschen) with various slopes and trails. Explore the hiking paradise on foot or by bicycle. One of the beautiful routes leads directly to Winterberg. There are many excursion destinations and sights in the immediate vicinity. Go cross-country skiing, snowboarding, downhill skiing or go cycling, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, water skiing or swimming.

-NOTE: Only 1 dog accepted at this accommodation, no exceptions.
-At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.-We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.
-The rental price includes energy costs.
-Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.
-Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
