Our apartment is situated on the ground floor of a newly built residential complex from 2016, offering a peaceful atmosphere along with stunning views toward the Veltins Arena. Its position provides both comfort and convenience, making it an excellent base for enjoying the surroundings of Winterberg.
Within the building, guests have access to a dedicated room for storing bicycles, skis, and sledges—ideal for both summer and winter activities. The apartment also includes its own covered parking space, which is slightly wider than standard, ensuring easy access and making it suitable for guests with limited mobility.
This combination of modern infrastructure, scenic views, and thoughtful amenities makes the location perfect for a relaxing and active holiday throughout the year.

The living area is equipped with underfloor heating and offers a comfortable sofa corner and a cozy dining area. The sofa can be converted into a bed for two in one easy step, complete with a mattress and slatted frame. A baby cot is also available. A flat‑screen TV ensures relaxing evenings, while the large living room windows provide fantastic views of the bobsleigh run and the “Kappe” chairlift.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge‑freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and toaster—perfect for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to full meals.
In the main bedroom, a large and luxurious box‑spring bed guarantees restful nights. The second bedroom features a bed with a pull‑out bed underneath, creating a practical sleeping solution for children or smaller adults (mattresses 90×200 cm and 90×190 cm).
The modern bathroom includes a walk‑in shower and underfloor heating, adding extra comfort on cooler days.
During the summer months, the south‑facing sun terrace becomes a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the fresh air, and unwind in the sunshine.


Located in a quiet yet wonderfully central part of Winterberg, this holiday apartment offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and convenience. The vibrant town centre, with its many shops, cafés, and restaurants, is only about a 20‑minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy everything Winterberg has to offer.
Winter sports enthusiasts are ideally placed here: the ski lifts of the large ski area—with 28 lifts and 32 runs—are close enough to reach simply by walking over with your skis in hand. Cross‑country skiers will also find plenty to love, with numerous scenic trails starting nearby.
For guests who prefer summer adventures or year‑round activities, the bike park, panorama bridge, climbing forest, and summer toboggan run are practically on your doorstep. Whether you enjoy outdoor action or peaceful nature walks, this location places you right in the heart of Winterberg’s most popular attractions.

Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, sent in advance and filled in at check-in. The form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage. If no charges are made, the SEPA form automatically expires.The rental price includes energy costs.Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and reflected in your reservation summary or invoice.Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture are included in the price.A crib or high chair is available on request.Young groups and parties are not allowed.
