The condominium is ideally situated right at the entrance to the ski area and hiking trails. Located on the 4th floor, the apartment is accessible via both elevator and stairs. It offers convenient underground parking. Guests can enjoy a spacious roof terrace for barbecuing and sunbathing. An indoor pool and sauna are available at no extra charge, while a solarium, washing machine, and dryer are available for a small fee. When you book, you’ll receive a free SauerlandCard, which provides complimentary access to local bus and train services.

The apartment, fully renovated and newly furnished in 2019, offers 55 m² of living space on the 4th floor, conveniently located near the swimming pool and sauna. It features a spacious, cozy seating area for 4 people and includes a high chair for young children (please note, that a baby bed is not available). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, combination microwave, and stove.

The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a separate sleeping area with a snug bunk bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). The modern bathroom comes with a shower. You can access the balcony from both the living and dining areas, where you can enjoy a stunning view. An underground parking space is provided, and the apartment also offers free WiFi and Netflix.
